Life Is Good

Today is the kind of day that leaves me seeking a soft spot. A place to just feel something sweet. To really take in that life is beautiful, and something to enjoy. It's so amazing to sit back and wonder at what this is all about, and to know that it really is okay. I like knowing that life is truly what you make of it, that whether to really live or not is a choice we make... every single day.

I want people to know how much love I have had the pleasure of experiencing, and how much joy! It's amazing to know that I have four beautiful children. To know that they love me, and that I love them. All the people who keep my heart soft and tender, and I gotta admit, all this comes because truly, Life is Good.

On a Holiday

The kids and I all had a few days off together that was actually in sinc! Yay! So, we decided that we would make a break for the cabin and try to do something a little fun for a change. ;) We ran away with Uncle Gordon, which the kids found to be fantastic! (Uncle Gordon is a playground to the children, and each limb has the joy of being designated to a child. Sorry, Gordon.)

We had great adventures which included things like riding in a topless jeep in March... no water whatsoever overnight... along with the traditional screaming and yelling that accompanies four little children. ;)

A sleepover was had at Uncle Carl and Aunt Shauna's house. And... my kids want a Wii. ;)

It was a fun weekend full of adventure and excitement for all, as well as the lovely learning experiences that are had by people who are attempting to live life.

The Little People and Me

As a newly single mama of four little people, I have decided to make a fun blog to tell everyone a little bit about our lives. Collin has been requesting that pictures be posted on the Internet... well I am rather snotty about that.... It has to be done privately.

So here is a blog so that we can keep you all informed about our lives a little bit, and be able to say hello to all the people that we love!

To kick it off, what do you do on a morning when there isn't a big rush to Daycare and or Work or School? Play under the blankets in the warm sunshine, and bask in the near perfect Southern light. (Ya baby!) So pretty!
